# Lentil Salad

|
## Ingredients
|
|
|
|
- Small jar of lentils
|
|
- Olives stuffed with anchovies
|
|
- Sweet corn
|
|
- Half an onion
|
|
- Tomatoes
|
|
- Pumpkin seeds
|
|
- Natural tuna
|
|
- Olive oil
|
|
- Salt
|
|
- Pepper
|
|
|
|
## Directions
|

|
|
- Chop the cored tomato, onion and olives into small pieces.
|
|
- Mix all the ingredients together with the washed lentils.
|
|
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
|
|
|

If not to be eaten on the spot, reserve the pumpkin seeds so that they are crunchy

- Bote de lentejas pequeño
|
|
- Aceitunas rellenas de anchoa
|

- Maiz dulce
|

- Media cebolla

- Tomate

- Pipas de calabaza
|
|
- Atun al natural
|
|
- Aceite de oliva
|
|
- Sal
|
|
- Pimienta
|

## Elaboración

- Picar el tomate descorazonado, la cebolla y las aceitunas en trozos pequeños
|
|
- Mezclar todos los ingredientes junto a las lentejas lavadas
|
|
- Salpimentar al gusto
|
