Lentil Salad

Ingredients

• Small jar of lentils
• Olives stuffed with anchovies
• Sweet corn
• Half an onion
• Tomatoes
• Pumpkin seeds
• Natural tuna
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper

Directions

• Chop the cored tomato, onion and olives into small pieces.
• Mix all the ingredients together with the washed lentils.
• Season to taste with salt and pepper

Tips

If not to be eaten on the spot, reserve the pumpkin seeds so that they are crunchy

Ensalada de Lentejas

Ingredientes

• Bote de lentejas pequeño
• Aceitunas rellenas de anchoa
• Maiz dulce
• Media cebolla
• Tomate
• Pipas de calabaza
• Atun al natural
• Aceite de oliva
• Sal
• Pimienta

Elaboración

• Picar el tomate descorazonado, la cebolla y las aceitunas en trozos pequeños
• Mezclar todos los ingredientes junto a las lentejas lavadas
• Salpimentar al gusto

Notas

Si no se va a comer en el momento, reservar las pipas de calabaza para que estén crujientes
