+# White Beans Stew
+
+## Ingredients
+
+- 1 jar of white beans
+- 400ml of water
+- 2 cloves of garlic
+- 1 onion
+- 1 ripe tomato
+- Salt
+- Olive oil
+- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
+
+## Directions
+
+- Brown the garlic and add the chopped onion
+- Add the tomato
+- Add the paprika and salt
+- Wait 5 minutes and add the beans and water
+- Cook for 15 minutes
+

+# Guiso de Alubias Blancas
+
+## Ingredientes
+
+- 1 Bote de judias blancas
+- 400ml de agua
+- 2 dientes de ajo
+- 1 Cebolla
+- 1 Tomate maduro
+- Sal
+- Aceite de oliva
+- 1 Cucharilla de pimentón dulce
+
+## Elaboración
+
+- Dorar el ajo y añadir la cebolla picada
+- Añadir el tomate
+- Añadir el pimentón y la sal
+- Esperar 5 minutos y añadir las judías y el agua
+- Cocinar 15 minutos
