+
+## Ingredients
+
+- Small jar of lentils
+- Olives stuffed with anchovies
+- Sweet corn
+- Half an onion
+- Tomatoes
+- Pumpkin seeds
+- Natural tuna
+- Olive oil
+- Salt
+- Pepper
+
+## Directions
+
+- Chop the cored tomato, onion and olives into small pieces.
+- Mix all the ingredients together with the washed lentils.
+- Season to taste with salt and pepper
